 The apartment is approx10 minutes drive from Civitavecchia, which is the port city of Rome and the main one in Italy.

It takes about 1 hour to drive from Rome up to Tarquinia .

This beautiful apartment is situated on the top (4th floor) of a building in the old town of TQ. Within the ancient walls. There are 3 families who own the building, and share the maintenance and washing of stairs etc. The front of the building is being renovated.

 The well-kept apartment consists of

• 1 open living room, which is close to an open kitchen.
• 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.

• 1 pleasant terrace with a view over the roofs of the old town, and you can catch a glimpse of the sea and the entry of ships to Civitavecchia from the terrace.

It has a locked entrance door downstairs which is operated from the telephone in the apartment and also a police station as the nearest neighbor.

If you want to swim, there is a wonderful several kilometer long bathing beach (Lido De Tarquinia), with fine-grained sand, it takes 10 minutes to drive, or you can take the local bus down.

On the harbor promenade there are shops and everything you can think of in terms of restaurants.

The railway station is 5 minutes down the road, and you can park there if you fancy a train ride into Rome.
